This week, members and the Secretariat of the APPG for Visual Arts & Artists were pleased to meet with Peter Heslip, Director of Visual Arts at Arts Council England to discuss recommendations from the independent review by Baroness Hodge of the Arts Council England published in March 2026.
The APPG for Visual Arts & Artists provides a forum in Parliament where politicians can explore the challenges and opportunities facing visual artists in the UK. The group is chaired by Cat Eccles MP, with joint secretariat provided by DACS, CVAN and a-n.
